Death of Ousmane Tanor Dieng, figure of Senegalese political life

In Senegal, it is a part of political history that disappears with the death of Ousmane Tanor Dieng, Monday, July 15, 2019 in France, where he was treated. At 72, he still led the Senegalese Socialist Party, and since the early 2000s he had the legacy of Presidents Leopold Sedar Senghor and Abdou Diouf.
